Thomas’s sculptures are protected artworks: automatically, everywhere, with no registration needed. Visiting them, photographing them for yourself and sharing your own pictures is always welcome. Using them commercially, reproducing them, animating them or building your own in his style is not.

To use photos of the sculptures, see the Press section. Educational and non-commercial use is usually granted free of charge. Commercial or public use needs written approval and may carry a licensing fee.
Merchandise & products
Every product that carries Thomas Dambo’s name is an extension of the universe.
- We prioritize reuse over perfection: recycled and upcycled first, always.
- The product must stand on its own, or we don’t make it.
- Child labour, heavily polluting production and untraceable supply chains are non-negotiable no’s.
