No two days are the same. The studio is around 20 full-time people, plus a wider crew who join for builds around the world. Everyone wears several hats, and everyone’s own strengths get room to grow.

Interning
An internship is hands-on: learn to build and design with reclaimed materials, alongside the crew. It only works when the fit is right both ways, so before you apply, be clear on what you want from it and what you’d bring.
Volunteering
Thomas’s sculptures are built with local communities. Volunteers gather and sort materials, help with the build, look after finished trolls, and sometimes just bring cake. It’s usually organised by the local partner who commissioned the troll; when we need extra hands, Thomas puts out a call on social media.
